Talked with plant manager wasn't too daunting or intimidating. They gave a test to make sure that you are smart enough to read machines quickly. Also got a behavioral questions test as well as videos on the company, harassment awareness, etc. Good hiring experience overall. Took a while for drug test results to come back in.
