Applied online, was contacted a week ago, set a phone interview for the next week. Talked with the recruiter for an hour, got through not only "basic" questions, but behavioral as well. In the end we both said we were delighted by this conversation. A week after they invited for an interview with Manager and Senior Manager, all in all it was one month from application to the interview. Interview took 1.5 hr - 45 min with Manager (more about job qualifications) and the same with Sr Manager (partly same questions, partly - about management style and all). I liked all about the company, but didn't het an offer (they told me I was not selected two days after). Gonna try again.
