I completed a phone interview. The hiring manager was unprofessional in my opinion. She cancelled the original interview ten minutes before it was supposed to start. She also called 20 minutes late on the rescheduled interview. She sent a follow up email about the offer one week late. The interview questions were completely unnatural. None of it felt like a genuine conversation where either the applicant or the company representative could show off their strengths.
