The first interview was via phone with HR, who cancelled on me first, so we had to reschedule, which was not organised. The second interview was a face to face one with a panel of two interviewers. Questions were not particularly difficult, but I had a feeling that they have decided on who to hire before meeting with me. No further contact at all after the 2nd interview, which was quite off-putting. At least have the professional courtesy to say thanks but no thanks!

I interviewed for this position in the early part of 2022, super excited as the first 2 rounds of interviews went fantastic but to be brutally honest it took over a month just to do those plus created a 20 page powerpoint over a 2 minute youtube video for a movie. Everything was going great til the third interview where it was 3 females who were extremely rude the entire time to me, I brought in a variety of ideas and plans I would have and I understand shutting the ideas down but I was ridiculed and even at one point one of them laughed. The third interview was an utter disaster and it took over 2 months to go through this entire process just to get denied and have my self confidence destroyed from 3 rude individuals. No interview process should take this long and since then I knew 2 people who worked there and neither of them do anymore. I read about how the environment was toxic and now I know why. Overly long interview process, rude interviews and just a variety of BS throughout the way. Also even with this I sent a follow up thank you on linkedin which was ignored!

Interview for the Content Strategy team. First, recruiting phone screen. Then a panel interview with 3 people from the team. Might just be me, but it felt really awkward and there were silences after every question I answered. Felt like the interviewers weren’t prepared for what they wanted to ask me.
