Completely unprofessional. Made it through 4 rounds of interviews to only get a generic rejection letter at the end. The first was an initial phone screen. Then an assessment that was given, but needed to be completed in two days. The third round was a phone interview with research managers, who were chill and asked basic interview questions about being detail orientated and time management. During the 4th interview, the VP of the department and 2 of the previous research managers were present. The VP mainly asked questions, mostly behaviorally. Very picky and seemed like she was not informed that the same questions had been asked in the previous interviews. The conversation also turned casual so it seemed like it was going well (guess not). There were also redundant questions about my interest in the entertainment field. (Obviously if I wasn’t interested I wouldn’t apply) . However, the lack of professionalism definitely showed when they reposted the same position two days after interviewing me ! In the end Definitely glad I was not chosen.
