Laid back, Just asking question in a conversation type setting on zoom. I was able to ask questions and they asked questions. They explained the job in detail. Process took about 30 minutes.
The process was smooth, just slow. It took awhile from the interview to the actual job offer. It wasn’t on the manager, just the process. But everything happens for a reason.
