The most unorganized experience interviewing with a company I have ever had. I applied to this company in July 2020 and went through two panel interviews over the course of 3 weeks. I was then contacted again to schedule a 3rd interview the next week because they "forgot" to ask me some questions ( a few questions were actually repetitive from the two interviews before). The interviewers seemed to have no idea what was going on on....discussing with each other who was asking what questions on the Zoom call. At the end of the interview I asked when they would be making a decision and was told in the next week or two. I have not received any feedback at all, I left the Recruiter 3 voicemails over the course of two weeks, before I got an email response asking my availability that day to call to give me an update on the position. I responded with my availability and never heard from him. I am going to assume I did not get the job as it is now October 2020 and my last interview was nearly a month ago. I also feel that they did not ask me any questions pertaining to the actual job or got to know my personality whatsoever. This was not a conversational interview. Their questions were all situational and focused on a diverse workforce.
