National University Remote Enrollment Advisor interview questions

The interview process started with a phone screen and a virtual interview. National University has you role-play twice to see how you answer questions and objections from students. This is a non-effective technique when training for this role is 3 weeks intensive. They would not also discuss pay range during the interview, which is a red flag. I did get an offer for an academic advising role at the local community college here in Ky no role is involved smh. The interview is easy, but the role-playing is unnecessary when training is almost a month long. If you want to be in higher education, look elsewhere. This job is a call center sales pitch job not enrollment focused.
