I received an e-mail for an interview about 2+ months after I applied online. The initial interview was for 30 minutes but I was given less than 10 minutes to answer the interview questions. That's very nerve-wracking for an initial call, as it puts a lot of pressure on someone and could hinder their performance. For a dragged-out process, the interview was very rushed. The people who interviewed me were all very nice. But the way the interview was carried out was disappointing.
