National Wildlife Federation interview questions

One 30-minute phone screening, followed by two interviews with fellowship supervisors. All interviews were brief, no longer than 40 minutes, and focused primarily on soft skill examples and work style.

Received invitation to chat about open role in Zoom interview. Was promised a follow up and ghosted for over a month, and never heard the position was filled until seeing a LinkedIn post. This was particularly upsetting given the interviewer repeatedly said they wanted to have a second conversation with me and would schedule something.
