Contacted via email to set up interview a few days after applying. First interview was over Webex, it went well, she actually told me another unit I applied to was interested and that my next interview would be at the hospital, with both unit managers. I interviewed with both managers, I thought they went well, they made it seem as if I was a perfect fit, and their mannerisms and things they were saying made it seem like I definitely got the job. A few days after that, I received the basic thanks, but no thanks email.

Interview
HR will either contact you by email or phone call, come in for an initial interview with a recruiter. Then you will meet with a unit nurse, he/she will ask you basic questions like any standard interview but don't be fooled. On their job ads, they don't require you to have experience as a PCA as long as you meet their pre-requirements to apply for said position. If you have no experience as a PCA they WILL NOT HIRE YOU.
