I applied for the position, it took quite some time to get a call back along with several calls to HR to follow up. In addition my referral continuously called the employer to ask them to interview me. Once I received a phone call to come in for an interview I had a one on one with someone in HR, then they forwarded my information to move on to second/third interview with someone in the specific department I applied for. Once at my final interview it was myself along with 2 department supervisors and they extended the offer. I have also applied for job transfers within Children's, at that point if they decide to interview you for the position, you skip the interview with HR and move directly into the series of interviews within the department as well as a job shadow to make sure it is a good fit. During one of my interviews it was 4:1 and they used a lot of pressure to see if you are a good fit and can handle high stress situations. (There was a series of 3 interviews and then 1 job shadowing to make sure was a good fit).
