A talent acquisition person reaches out to you for a phone screener. Nothing out of the norm. Then, they continue with another round of interviews. They tell you to expect this to be a 3-4 interview process. However, they will go literal weeks without contacting you, replying to follow-up emails, nothing. I am very upset that my references (that they asked for) complete a form for me. These are people who have important jobs and their time was wasted. I wanted to work here very badly, but seeing how the process is, I will no longer consider working here.
