Assessment half day. Over 3 hours, including competency, group assessment and case study. Ensure during the group study you lead all the other candidates. The interview questions did not I feel give me any opportunity to give examples of leadership or how I have managed others which did not help for a Senior position.

Submitted the profile, through a vendor and got the interview request after a week. 2 rounds of interviews. one with the hiring manager and the other with the team members.
