I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Nationwide (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2014
Interview
It was pleasant and not intimidating at all. The hiring managers were very accommodating and even provided a tour of the office prior to the interview. The questions followed the S.T.A.R. protocol and the interviewee should be prepared for those questions. Bring a portfolio for both hiring managers to have if you can.

Interview
The interview process was pretty lengthy, but everyone was so helpful and friendly. the process made me want to be an employee even more. Best place to work with an amazing culture and healthy work life balance.
Interview process was ok. Normal behavioral questions with 2 hiring managers. I had my interview a week ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I tried reaching out to the person who set up my interview for status but no luck in getting a response. I read one review where someone said they had the same experience of them going ghost after the interview and I'm beginning to think the same thing with me.

Interview
Very pleasant interview. Had two rounds of interviews, first was a 1 on 1 and the second was with 2 managers. Simple behavior questions along with experience questions. I did not get the job, got declined 2 weeks after the second interview. Overall good experience
