Strange interview process. After two phone screens and a lapse of some 5~6 weeks, they invited me to interview with team members in Columbus Ohio, I had some uneasy feelings about the 'interview' as it occured to me that they might hv aready made offers to candidates and were only after some 'brain picking'. The day long session startd with some detailed qustions aroind 'sustaining lean' (something think they are strugging with). Immediately, I sensed it was indeed a "lets see if he can share his company's success". I just alluded to some generalities around sustainment and kept that up all day after 5 rounds of talking to team members, all of whom were focused on only one thing - sustaining lean. As expected the rejection note came in, only after I followed up two weeks later with a note on the outcome. Too many give-aways in their "interview" process that it was not done in good faith. Anyway, for the experienced professionals, just beware of their ploys.
