Super condensed and behavioral. I was told the interview would be extremely condensed since they already knew about my performance, which I took as a positive, because my performance reviews were outstanding. I was asked 3 behavioral questions and then I asked a few questions. I didn’t like that the interview was so short because I didn’t feel like I had the opportunity to really sell myself. 15 minutes is not a very good amount of time. I figure the interview was so short given they were interviewing a lot of candidates for a lot of spots to fill.
