30 minute of character and competency based questions followed by a 10 minute practical test of responding to a customer query, done online via webcam. This was done in front of 2 people the nationwide area manager and the location manager.

Overall it was a good one hour two- way discussion that helped me understand the role and responsibilities better. Their expectations were clear and precise.

The interview was fine but there was no feedback. The follow-up email came from a 'no-reply' address, but still instructed to 'reply to this email' for feedback. And there was no reply from the recruitment team when I emailed them directly to ask for feedback.
