Interview process was easy, they are look more for a personality fit then experience. Be upbeat, organized and emphasize your sales background. I was interview by a HR manager that had limited HR experience and a Regional manager who had even less interviewing experience. Not a hard interview to nail.

No difficult questions, expand upon any experience you had dealing with non productive associates or any type of corrective action process. You will be managing "contractors" and sales goals are high, want to know you are not afraid of terminating contracts or replacing with new, sales driven contractors.
Interview process was clear and concise. Had 3 interviews but with 3 different people and asked questions that pertained to the position. All detail for the job was discussed and I did not have many questions to ask.
