Native Instruments Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager interview questions

Overall the interview process was really positive. There were 4 stages, starting with a screening call with their internal recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, a task which I then had to prevent to a panel of people I would potentially be working with, and a final interview with the Senior Director of Growth. From applying for the role to receiving an offer the process took 3 months. I have to say this was one of the best recruitment processes I've been through. Their internal recruiter kept in touch the whole way through and never left me in the dark, and it always felt like a two way conversation. There were some delays towards the end but these were communicated well and I got the feeling that the recruitment team were doing everything they could to speed things along.
