Native Instruments Industrial Designer interview questions

Long process, didn't get the job, but overall it was a very positive experience. First stage was an written assignment in which I had to answer several questions about the product design process and my vision on how product design for Native Instruments should work. After the assignment I had 2 different Skype interviews, both of them with the team lead of industrial design, together with several other people from the team and HR. The next step was a visit to the company in Berlin where I met several members of different design teams over several hours. Each meeting had a different approach, from small assignments within a small team, till meetings with a bigger group discussing my previous work experience and the job and company. I got the feeling everybody I met had read my resume, assignment and seen my portfolio which was a really pleasant experience. The assignment and discussions all felt very natural, like a talk with co-workers about projects you collaboratively working on. After the interview I was informed I wasn't going to be hired within a week. Which is of course not the good news I was hoping for, but it came with honest feedback about the reasons why. My overall experience with the company, people and team is positive, and if a vacancy came up which would suit me better, I would apply again. My only negative point of feedback would be the length of the process, which took over 3 months.
