Two interviews with tasks – including one presentation deck – followed by a meeting with the senior team. These were stretched out over about six weeks. Overall, a thorough process but with next steps communicated clearly at each stage.

After interviewing with the company, I quickly sent a thank you email but never heard back. After another catch-up email a week later I didn't hear back from them again for over two months. I never received a formal rejection and only found out that I was not going to get the job because my friend told me they had been hired.
