I met with one of the owners regarding the position, and he was kind of odd. He didn't say much about the actual position, more about the company itself and how the product worked. He only asked me about 3 questions about my experience in 45 minutes. He told me how the person in last position was basically a slacker which I thought was unprofessional. I was told I would be better suited for another position they had open, and had a second interview with a second group of people. I did not want the position I interviewed for. Good company it seems. Although they discussed internal issues during second interview as well.
