was contacted by a recruiter via linkedin. recruiter was very sketchy in replying and setting up initial interview. phone interview was typical to the point of asking rather pointed questions, bordering on "free consulting." i just received a typical rejection email. i asked for specific feedback. will be very surprised if i hear anything back. they are obviously having supply issues as a majority of questions were focused on that. this seems like a very unorganized and detached senior management. and the fact they passed on me is proof of that as this job, in reality, was beneath my paygrade but i wanted to be certain. i would say all the 3 stars or higher ratings was paid for by natures way.
