Started with a phone screen, then was brought in for an on-site interview. It was a 2 -person panel for the first 45 minutes and then another 2-person panel for the second 45 minutes. It started on time, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. They gave me water and even a little gift bag with some of their products in it. Super thoughtful! I had never held this title before, so I found some of the questions kind of difficult, but I think for someone who's been a Category Manager before - the interview would have been pretty standard. I received an update the following week that I did not get the job, and when I asked for feedback they were happy to share their thoughts (looking for someone with more experience). I really appreciated that they reached out to let me know one way or the other, and shared feedback with me. A good experience all around.
