3 interviews over the course of several weeks. First with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager, third was a technical interview with two team members. Interview with the hiring manager was odd- was asked very specific and leading questions, not typical interview questions. They were looking for someone to guide the direction of the company with large-scale ideas as well as a highly technical person, but compensation was not in line with the role requirements. Decision made within a week of the final interview.
