Initial contact with company´s HR was super positive and fast. However, after the first interview I was ditched out of the process. This came as an utter surprise as I was qualified and felt I had a good connection with a recruiter. It is my honest opinion that the real reason why I was left out of the further process was because I am a mother to a young child and it might have been seen as future issue. It was very, very disappointing as I really had a desire to work there.
