I had a total of 7 interviews with various departments. It was important to get the opinion of key potential colleagues and also to understand how the company functions. Everyone was excited to have me on board even my future manager except for CFO whom I met twice via video. Unfortunately, he fell asleep during one of our interviews and in the last 6 minutes of our interview, he asked me to pitch him about the products as if he were a potential distributor with no prior info. Sadly, with no proper strategy, time and information, there were no opportunity for a pitch.
