The first interview was a 30-minute screening in English with M.N. (Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist). I’m not sure if I can share her full name, so I’ll just use initials. She was friendly, transparent, respectful, and professional, which left a very positive first impression. What stood out to me was how quickly NavVis team worked to schedule the second interview, within just 2–3 working days. That level of responsiveness showed me they truly value candidates' time and interest in the company. The second interview was a technical discussion in both English and German with the team lead and team members. The questions were practical and not overly difficult. More importantly, I was given enough time to think and explain my answers. The atmosphere felt more like a thoughtful discussion than a formal interview, which made me feel comfortable. Even when I missed a few points, the feedback I received was respectful and constructive. The third interview took place onsite, where I met the CFO, more teammates, and a colleague from another department who I’ll be working with closely in the future. Again, the conversation was open, engaging, and far from a typical high-pressure interview. Everyone I met was professional, honest, and genuinely interested in both my personal and professional growth. They also took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. From the first conversation to receiving the offer, the whole process took around two weeks, fast, smooth, and very well organized. I’m truly grateful for the experience and excited to join a team that values people and culture as much as NavVis does.
