Interview
First round with HR, asked normal question about profile, motivation, salary and joining date for 30 mins. After that, I had an interview with Head of Production Manager, and Mechanical Engineer for 1 hour. They asked me details questions about my past experience, and production problems. Thirs interview with Head of Quality control for 1 hour. He asked me more about technical side. Also, checked my excel and data related knowledge. In the last round, I was invited on site for 4 hours interview. There, I had a meeting with 4 different department head. Interview was more specific about the production and inventory related problem. It was fun to talk with a team, and to know about their problems.

If you are sitting in a boat with a 5-kg iron ball. If you throw a 5-kilogram ball in the lake, what will happen? The level of water in the lake will go down or up?
