NavVis Senior Security Engineer interview questions

I applied online and received an HR screening after about a month. The process then moved forward to discussions with the Hiring Manager and a technical interview. The technical interview itself was straightforward, with mostly basic questions, but the interviewer appeared disengaged and seemed to want to conclude the call quickly since it was scheduled by HR. When I asked a security-related question, the interviewer either could not answer or was unwilling to respond. Later, HR informed me that my technical skills were strong, but I could not proceed further due to a structural decision. Since this was a technical role and I performed well in the interview, I do not fully understand the basis for the rejection.
