Interview process is similar to that has been described previously. I applied online and about 4 weeks later received a phone call that served as a phone screen. Around 2 weeks after that, I received an invitation for an on-site interview where we learned about the benefits and interviewed with a panel of 3 people. This interview was relaxed and conversational. It was held in a hotel, so the setting was different than what someone might be used to. The on-site interview took about 4 hours in total. 3 weeks after that is when they say you will receive a phone call regarding their decision. All of the questions that were asked were about past experiences that would aid in learning/executing the work in the role you were interviewing for. Not many behavioral questions in my opinion. It seemed like they were looking for practical experience that fits the job.
