Interview
Initially spoke with a recruiter and really enjoyed what the company could offer and then spoke to a director and then a manager and then finally the same director that invited a different director in the meeting without a heads up. The directors were talking about how they love giving feedback and how that is their philosophy but despite that proceeded to ghost me after the interview and said I was going to be going to the final round. Very unprofessional and they need to practice what they preach.
