Navanti Group interview questions

The hiring process was very straightforward. The recruiter was the principal person with whom the communication was with. Three interviews were done - one with the recruiter, a program manager and a deputy program manager.

I was called in to interview for a proposed position. The interview itself was relatively easy. However, the follow-up process was very long and drawn out. Since the position had not been approved yet, I was told to check back every 2 weeks. Ultimately, I found out that the position was denied, but never heard back despite multiple check-ins.
