      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Navico

      Interview

Good recruiting firm, professional, knowledgeable. I was brought by a former boss of my prior company. Hr was also professional, it took too long to finally get an offer and then to negotiate terms and conditions. There is no formal corporate, everyone sits on different geographical locations, so videoconference was used.
