Straight forward process, took them a week to make me an offer, Management team was very receptive, one:one sessions, HR manager very kind. we tour the manufacturing plant, overall interview experience was great, it is not a bureaucratic process like some other companies. Real company situation was not described completely during the interview process, they covered some critical information in my opinion.
