This position was for Fraser International College in Burnaby BC. After submitting an online application, I received an email shortly after to schedule a Skype interview (pre-screening). During our 30mins Skype call HR asked me to go over my resume and a few specific questions related to the job. A few days after the call an in-person interview was scheduled. It was one of the more challenging interviews due to the nature of the job: work with international students, a lot of travel, educational sector. The interview was very thorough and all questions made sense, I was very impressed with the care they approached selection of the right candidate. At the end I did not get the offer, unfortunately, but I received a call explaining the reason for that and thanks for a great interview. Positive experience.
