The interview was scheduled for an hour. It was a panel interview with the newly appointed Manager of the department and two of her colleagues. The interview format was STAR based, but oddly, the questions that were asked were printed and given to you for reference. Prior to the interview, I was phone screened by a recruiter and was given an assessment to complete within a week. The assessment was to provide an analytical review from data provided from a data dump.
