I applied for member service representative on a weekend, and was asked to fill out an online/phone assessment the following Tuesday. By the end of the week, I had a recruiter from their talent team requesting a first round interview.
The first round interview questions were behavior based questions, and required me to think outside of the box. During the first interview you will also be tested on your knowledge of computer skills, for example: opening word, excel, calculator, chrome, going to the website and answering a question that is asked about what you would recommend in a scenario, various other tasks and questions.
After the first interview, I received a call at the end of the week for a second interview the following week. This interview was much more personable and relaxed as they are just getting to know you as a person. They ask what annoys you and if you are comfortable with certain scenarios and call center environment as well as scheduling questions. Be professional, but yourself at the same time.
About 2 weeks after the second interview, I received a call from my recruiter and was offered a position that would start about 2 weeks later. After offer there is a fingerprint, background check, and credit check. The whole process was smooth, just a lot of waiting and uncertainty until hearing from the recruiter.
