First is a 30-minute Recruiter Screening (call). Based on HM interest and recruiter recommendation the next step is a 1-hr in-person or virtual panel interview with Hiring Manager, Skip Manager and Senior Partner. The final interview is 1-hr panel style with 2-4 peers
