Navy Federal Credit Union Member Service Representative interview questions

I was interviewed by 2 people, male and female. First they introduced themselves, then they told me all about the company. They then took turns asking me questions, behavioral type questions. At the end, they told me it should take 1 to 2 business days to hear back, then they asked if I had any questions. An hour after my interview, I got an email basically saying thanks but no thanks. I called the recruiter and asked why. He said that there wasn't anything negative about my interview but I just didn't stand out because I didn't give enough detail in my answers.

Interview process was very positive. Was called for an interview on Monday went in the next day. Was interviewed by 2 people. This site helped a lot with preparing for the interview. Most questions that are posted they asked. Good luck!
