walked in with a resume, filled out an application form, was sent to a computer to take an aptitude test. passed it and was set for an interview whiten minutes. Interview was great Manager was relaxed and curios why I wasn't applying for management. returned the following day and I was offered the position with an orientation day with 500 people.
