Don't interview here if you want a work-life balance. They were the first week into interviews and I shared with the recruiter that I was having outpatient surgery and asked if my interview could be the following week (she gave me the option of this week or the next). Instead of replying with compassion, or any humanity, she closed my application...where has the 'human' in human resources gone? They were in the beginning stages of hiring so this was completely uncalled for. Do better NFM.
