The process was easy to follow and very concise. You have to take a test that measures customer service prior to being accepted fora position. NFM is devote to a high level of customer service.
Standard STAR Questions mostly, plus some experience questions and the obligatory sell me this pen question. Managers obviously haven't moved past their questions from the 90's and say you sell based off of knowledge about the product(s) is not an answer
I applied online. I interviewed at Nebraska Furniture Mart (Kansas City, KS) in Aug 2020
Interview
It took about 30 minutes and they asked a lot of questions about prior work history. What I think I’m good at and what I’m not good at. They also asked what type of softwares I am familiar with. The interviewer was about 6 minutes late to the interview. It was not personable because it was over a web cam due to the coronavirus.
