I did three interviews with Neighborly for a position within the marketing department. All individuals were extremely kind and personable. All interviews felt very conversational as opposed to an interrogation. They seem like great people to work with. I was disappointed when I got the Workday notification email that I was not selected for the position. The bigger disappointment was to go through three rounds over five weeks with no context as to why you weren't selected. I reached out to two individuals asking for feedback and did not receive a response. It really leaves a bad taste in your mouth regarding the organization.
