First I applied on their careers page for the Loan Officer role. Next, I received an email to complete an assessment that had to be competed in 48 hrs from Wonderlic which consisted of questions about what you would do in certain situations. Then, once I passed that, I received another assessment from surveymonkey which had to be completed in 48 hours as well. Then, once I passed that, I received an email to complete a video interview where you had to record yourself answering 2 questions and you had to type the answer to 2 questions, with a time limit. After that, I received an invite to do a phone interview. The phone interview was 30 minutes of thought provoking questions, which I thought I did okay with, but I guess it was not up to their standards even though I have all of the experience and personality that they are looking for. If i would have passed the phone interview, I would have gone on to a video interview with 2 managers who determine if you get the job or not.
