Interview
After submitting an application, I was given an aptitude test. you have 12 mins to complete about 50ish questions. If you made a certain score (they don't tell you what it is) they will send you another email to conduct a video interview. This is about 3 questions long and you record yourself answering the questions. that was as far as I got. the whole process took roughly about a week to compete all 3 steps before i received my rejection email.

Interview
They had me take a couple of online skill assessments. In the emails it was explicitly mentioned that the 48 hour deadline for links would not apply over the weekend. They sent me a link at 4 pm on Friday with a link for a "video interview". I had a busy weekend and did not see the email until Monday morning. When I clicked on the link it said it was expired. I emailed to let them know and they said that in order "to be fair" they could not extend the deadline. I fail to see how enforcing a deadline I had no knowledge of and was told explicitly would not be in place is "fair".
