Neighbors Bank interview questions

The interview process with Neighbors Bank took approximately three weeks and included an application, online timed assessment, video interview, professional reference (5) requests, and a 15-minute informal phone interview. Throughout the interview process, the Recruiting team sent me spirited email updates, and I sincerely looked forward to joining their team. During our informal interview, the Recruiter disclosed that the production team would contact me if they chose to move forward. They sent an automated email a few days after the phone interview, stating that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. Finally, after receiving the rejection email, I reached out to the Recruiter for feedback, and she took the time to reply. Her reply indicated that they received an enormous amount of applicant interest, the position was very competitive, and they ultimately decided to select a more qualified candidate. I can't tell you how many Recruiters and Hiring Managers never take the time to respond, so I appreciate the courtesy and respect shown to applicants. I would recommend that maybe Neighbors Bank should wait until they determine that the candidate will likely move forward to the final interview before requesting the (5) five references. I believe it can generate a false impression that the candidate will move forward. Also a candidate's reference may receive several requests from potential employers, so they should consider that it may be overwhelming to receive a volume of reference requests from different potential employers.

So far, I have took some personality tests, along with a questionaire regarding my background. I just had an informal phone interview, and now I am waiting on a video interview and then offer.
