1. HR will ask you about your overall experience and few question which should be align with JD such as kowing google ads & fb ads and how much experience do you hold in these tools. 2. Group Head from Performance Marketing team will ask you some technical questions such as how much budget have you handle before, what are the metric you look for a sales objective campaign, what are your optimisation strategy, etc. 3. Then if you pass the 2nd round, you will get a assignment in which you have to create a detailed performance marketing strategy for a brand/client. 4. If it's got approved, you get schedule for a meeting with VP of Performance marketing. They will ask you about culture fit, your working style. That's it. If you passed all the round then HR will ask you for your salary expectation and negotiation.
