Utterly one of the WORST interview processes ever that was a complete waste of time for both parties. The application process started with lengthy personality/work aptitude and IQ questionnaires. Then, I was contacted for a phone screening, a first interview, and second interview, and what I was told was going to be a final interview.
But then, they tacked on another 15-minute Zoom call. This process spanned the course of THREE months. After the fourth interview, I was called with a follow-up question about whether I'm actively in a Masters program. When I said I was not, I was told, "Yeah, I think I have to take you out of the running then." So you mean to tell me that in wasting THREE months of my time and the effort of FOUR interviews AND performance tasks, not one person could have asked me if I was pursuing a Masters sooner? I have over 13 years of experience in the field and will be keeping my expertise right at my current position, where my time and skills are valued.
Let's also not forget to mention that after 4 rounds of interviews, they did not share a single detail about the benefits, salary, or salary range. Not in conversation, not in the job description. This is not how you attract quality candidates. DO BETTER!
